An exceptional start was achieved; the enrollment of experienced brewers who formerly worked for three major breweries in Japan, as well as the augmentation of distillery staffs from the Dover group, formulated an assemblage of brewers with both expertise and passion. At the same time as it being state-of-the-art and one of the largest in scale for a craft brewery, the brewery endeavors to provide amusement to visitors who may come feel and sense the brewing process through the smell, sounds, and heat.

Now, it was no other than Karuizawa that Wada chose as the ideal location to brew his beer. It was a place he felt deeply attached to, as it was where he felt that the soul was soothed. Karuizawa, rich in nature's blessings with pure groundwater of Mt. Asama running beneath. There was no other place plausible that Wada's dream would become a reality.
